Poster teaser guidelines

At the meeting, you will get the opportunity to promote your poster via a 1 slide 30 sec poster teaser after one of the morning sessions. Using the poster ID that was in your abstract acceptance e-mail, you can check for which poster teaser session you are scheduled; e.g. all PT1-XX posters are scheduled for the poster teaser session at the end of session 1, etc. Please send in your poster teaser before January 14th in .ppt (or .pdf) format by replying to your abstract acceptance e-mail. It's convenient to put your poster ID (PTX-XX) on your slide.

Poster guidelines

The default format for the posters is A0 portrait. The standard lay-out is: introduction; materials and methods; results; discussion and conclusion. You may slightly deviate from this template if it suits your subject. Please use figures and tables to clarify your results and provide references.

Presentation guidelines

Presentations are limited to 12 minutes, including questions (3 min). The sessions moderators will notify you when time is almost up. The program is tight, so please stick to the maximum presentation duration.
